The partner cabinet holds money, so it is gated behind an authenticator code. This takes a minute in the app and is required before anything else.
Either a TRC20 address or your exchange account ID. It is required at sign-up rather than at payout, because a partner with nowhere to be paid is a problem discovered at the worst possible moment. The address is checked digit by digit before it is saved - a transfer to a mistyped address cannot be undone by anyone.
Generate codes in the app, up to 20 a day. Each one gives a business 30 days free - that is what makes the introduction easy.
Salons, barbershops, studios, clinics, anyone running a service business. When an owner enters your code, that business is linked to you permanently.
Every subscription payment that business makes earns you a share. Earnings are credited on the 25th of each month and paid out the same day, straight to your wallet.
Your rate follows the number of paying businesses you have brought in. A business counts once it has paid for a subscription and not refunded it. Levels only go up.

Your rate rises to 15% - and it applies to every business you have, including the ones you brought in earlier.
You can now invite other partners, not just businesses. They start at 15% straight away, and you earn an extra 2% on payments from the businesses they bring in.

Calculated on the subscription price before tax, at your level on the day of the payment. Once an amount is credited it is never recalculated.
From 50 businesses you can invite other partners. You then earn 2% (Recruiter) or 5% (Elite) on the payments of businesses they bring in. This comes from SYLAR - nothing is taken from the partner you recruited. The chain stops at one level; there is no tier below that.
Each amount is held for 14 days in case the business refunds its payment. A refund cancels that commission - which is why the wait exists at all.
Once past the hold, earnings are credited on the 25th of each month, and the payout goes out the same day. Anything that matures after the 25th waits for the next one. The cabinet shows you what is ready and what is still waiting, with the date.
A commission cannot be credited until 45 days have passed since that business activated your code. Counted separately for each business, not once per partner - otherwise one old referral would open the gate for every later one, which is exactly the scheme this prevents.
To a TRC20 address or to an exchange account ID. Minimum withdrawal is 20 USDT. SYLAR takes nothing: the only deduction is the network fee - 1 USDT for a TRC20 transfer, nothing at all for a transfer by account ID.
A blockchain transfer cannot be reversed, recalled or refunded by us or by anyone else. The address is validated before it is saved, and changing it locks payouts for 72 hours - so that if someone ever gets into your account, you have time to notice.

Because the money has to be moved onto an exchange to pay you, and doing that on one known date rather than on demand is what keeps the payouts predictable. You always see the date and the amount in advance.
Two waits overlap at the start: 14 days in case of a refund, and 45 days from the moment that business activated your code. After that, only the 14-day hold applies, and everything mature is paid on the next 25th.
The address is checked against its own checksum before it is saved, which catches a swapped or altered character. Beyond that, a transfer that has left cannot be recovered - by us or by anyone. Copy and paste it; never type it out.

You keep everything already credited. From that point there are simply no new payments to earn from, and if a payment is refunded, that specific commission is reversed.
